ALLLightNovel respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. 3. Counter-Notification Procedures

If material you posted on ALLLightNovel was removed in response to a DMCA notice and you believe the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent containing:

– Your physical or electronic signature
– Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal
– A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, ALLLightNovel will forward it to the original complainant. If we do not receive notice within 10 business days that the original complainant is seeking a court order to prevent further infringement, we may replace or restore access to the material that was removed.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

ALLLightNovel maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights of others. Additionally, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, we may disable or terminate the accounts of users who may be repeat infringers.

5. Modifications to Policy

ALLLightNovel reserves the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Therefore, we encourage you to review this policy periodically for updates.
